and accept that X3 Production Inc., Lucasfilm Ltd., and each of their directors,

be liable or responsible to any person, in any way, form or matter for the Comments.

be filed only in Quebec, Canada and you hereby consent and submit to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any

then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect
the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Terms may not
be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by X3 Productions, Inc., Lucasfilm

6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will survive any termination of this Agreement. This is the entire
agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified
except in writing, signed by both parties, or by a change to these Terms made by
X3 Productions, Inc. as set forth above. We may give notice to our users by means

our records, or by written communication sent by first-class mail to a user's address
on our records. Lucasfilm Ltd. Shall be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement.
